Camelback Colonnade IHOP Restaurant Announces Launch of New Brunch-Inspired Bar Program

Owned and Operated by Romulus Restaurant Group, the Newest Phoenix IHOP is the First to Feature a ‘Rise & Shine’ Bar Menu with Specialty Beer, Wine & Cocktails

PHOENIX –– Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity . . . Rita? It’s happening, but only at one, select IHOP restaurant in Phoenix along with a new beer, wine and cocktail menu.

The new IHOP at Camelback Colonnade is the first, and only IHOP restaurant outside of select airport locations to feature a full bar. The Rise and Shine brunch-inspired bar menu is meant to complement the brand’s world-famous Buttermilk pancakes and other all-day breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites. Featured drinks will include craft beers, wines and fun cocktails like the Frozen Sangria Swirl, Mulemosas and Frozen IHOPachino.

“IHOP is all about creating delicious breakfast favorites with a twist -- and our new brunch-inspired bar menu, available only at the Camelback Colonnade restaurant, takes that same approach,” said Chris Milisci, Founder and CEO for Romulus Restaurant Group, the local owners and operators of more than 25 IHOP restaurants in the area. “The Rise and Shine Bar menu will feature specialty cocktails, craft beers and wine that all pair perfectly with everything from our Original Buttermilk pancakes to our juicy Ultimate Steakburgers.”

To create the list of signature cocktails, Romulus worked with the IHOP culinary team and professional mixologists to select fresh ingredients and craft spirits to pair with classic IHOP food and limited-time menu items.

The new 5,400 square foot location seats 200 guests and employs more than 100 people from the area. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi while dining. While this location is open 24 hours, the Rise & Shine Bar menu is only available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day. Currently there are no plans for additional IHOP restaurants to add a bar menu to their offering.
